About the Role:

Bruin Waste Management is seeking a reliable and hardworking Tipper/Assistant to join our waste collection team. This role is essential in supporting our drivers with the safe and efficient collection of residential and commercial waste and recyclables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers with daily waste and recycling collection routes
• Operate the tipper mechanism to empty bins into the truck
• Ensure bins are returned neatly to the curb
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the truck and work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and the public
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Previous experience in waste management is a plus but not required
