CDL Driver – Class A (Preferable)

Location: Montrose or Naturita, Colorado
Salary: $24–$26 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

Bruin Waste Management is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Driver with a Class A endorsement (preferable) to join our team. This position involves hauling waste and refuse materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class B or A commercial vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Transport waste/refuse materials
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class B license with A endorsement preferable.
• Clean driving record and current DOT medical card.
• Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with rural and mountainous driving conditions is a plus.
