Bruin Waste Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). This position oversees equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance personnel in a fast-paced production environment.

Bruin Waste Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). This position oversees equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance personnel in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance technicians and daily operations
- Manage preventive maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot conveyors, balers, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and controls
- Maintain mobile and facility equipment
- Coordinate vendors and contractors
- Support safety, compliance, and plant uptime
- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures
- Valid driver's license
